I am an individual paying with a credit card what information do I enter in the billing section? The information entered in the billing section needs to match that of the billing information of the credit card being used.
Can a PA tax exempt Fire Company/Organization order on line? Yes, Click on "login and register" (top left of home page) Register and choose "PA Fire companies, organizations/ tax exempt" in the drop down menu. This will e-mail you a password. Then login and place your order. The checkout will bill the fire company/organization. Your order will be shipped the same buisness day on in stock items if we have your tax exempt form and billing athorization form on file and it is recieved by 2pm est.
I am the chief of PA tax exempt XYZ fire company ordering books and my municipal government is paying for them who’s information do I put in the billing section? By law the tax exempt organization (organization claiming the tax exemption) that is paying for the books must be billed. So in this case the municipal government information needs to be entered in.
May I place an order as an Individual and use my Fire Companies Tax Exempt number? No, The order must be billed to the Fire Company and Pennsylvania law requires Fire Companies and Organizations to use organizational funds to pay the bill.
Do I need to create an “Account”? PA Tax exempt fire companies/organizations, LCFA members need to create an account to order and use thier tax exempt status. LCFA members to get thier member discounts. All others may use "check out as a guest" or may create an account if they wish. For Expo Tickets all may use "check out as a guest" and is the easiest way.
Do I need to pay PA Sales Tax?
PA residents must pay PA Sales Tax unless you are a PA organization that is tax exempt. If you are a PA tax exempt organization please send us a PA Exemption Certificate (REV-1220) (Tax Exempt Form) with your order unless you already have one on file with us. Form must be signed. Ways to send it (1)Fax (717) 394-1254, (2)Take a clear picture of the form with your smart phone and E-mail to LCFABookstore@LCFA.com, or (3) Mail by US Mail (Tax will be charged on the order untill we recieve the form, your account will be credited at that time)
PA FIRE COMPANIES/ORGANIZATIONS BILLING PA Fire Companies/Organizations will be billed. Please submit this form with your order along with the above tax form. Fire Company/Organization Billing Authorization Form. Payment by law must be by company check or company issued credit card to use tax exempt status. We do take orders on line and bill. We do not except online credit cards from PA tax exempt fire companies/organizations they may be called in so that we can verify that it is a company issued card. IF we get these forms before 1pm est your order will ship the same buisness day on in stock items.
Are there any discounts?
Yes, Many items carry discounts and there are various discounts for larger orders which will be computed as you enter items in the shopping cart.
How do I pay?
We accept Master Card, VISA and Discover. PA Tax exempt fire companies/organizations will be billed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be confirmed by email or by phone. Orders received before two o’clock on business days will be shipped the same day on in stock items (we carry a large inventory) and you should receive them in one to five business days. Back orders are usually shipped in about 5 to 10 business days, if it will take longer you will be notified.
Do Lancaster County Firemen’s Association current members get a discount?
Yes, you receive an additional 5% discount. You need to register and select LCFA Member when seting up your account the first time. Do not use check out as a guest as it dose not give you this option.

Call for return authorization. Our policy allows items to be returned within 30 days of invoice date in resalable condition (with shrink wrap in place). (USB Flash Drives are non-refundable). Please include a copy of the original invoice to receive a credit or refund.
